Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with Dream Builds. If something isn't working for you, here's how refunds work for each product type.
📅 Monthly Subscriptions
If you sign up for a monthly plan and it's not the right fit, request a full refund within 30 days of your initial signup. No questions asked.
- Applies to first month only
- After 30 days, cancel anytime — you keep access through the end of your billing period, but no partial refund
- Covers: Starter ($99/mo), Growth ($299/mo), Scale ($599/mo) plans
🛒 One-Time Purchases
For individual tool purchases (conversation scripts, text decoders, etc.), request a refund within 14 days if the tool didn't meet your expectations.
- Applies to per-use purchases and one-time tool access fees
- If the tool was used to generate output, we may ask for feedback on what went wrong before processing the refund
🌐 Custom Website Builds
Custom website projects ($1,500+ one-time builds) are non-refundable once the site has been deployed and delivered to you.
- Before deployment: Full refund if you cancel before we deliver the finished site
- After deployment: No refund — the work has been completed and delivered
- We include one round of revisions in every project. Additional revision requests may incur extra charges.
How to Request a Refund
Email us at [email protected] with:
- Your name and the email you used to purchase
- Which product or subscription you'd like refunded
- Brief reason (helps us improve, but not required)
We process refunds within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Exceptions
- Chargebacks filed without contacting us first may result in account suspension
- Abuse of the refund policy (repeated signups and refunds) may result in being declined future service
- Free trials and free-tier features are not eligible for refunds (nothing was charged)
